We can re-build him.  We have the technology.  Well, maybe it’s not a technological process, but then what is technique?
I’m a fifty-something, active chap who’s only just discovering what’s ticking.  I currently live with my wife and two boys in Cheltenham, the hub of all things complementary, it seems.
Always eager to discover new therapies, my curiosity was aroused when a fellow practitioner, (did I mention I was studying to be a chiropractor?), told me of a great treatment called “Rolfing”.  Rolf who?
I “googled” the said Harris and was excited to discover that this therapy could potentially improve my flexibility.  I also study martial arts of the high-kicking variety and have always struggled to get my leg up where it was needed.  I booked a one-off session with Ms Vicky Wright.
Ten sessions later and my most noticeable improvements have been in the neck and shoulder area.  My posture is the best it’s ever been and I now feel comfortable and centred, holding much less tension than before.
Vicky made me feel welcome and relaxed and she was at once warm and open.  A very genuine, caring person.
I’m now allowing the process to take its course and am looking forward to a refresher course after the prescribed yearly gap.
I cannot recommend Vicky highly enough.

"Rolfers make a life study of relating bodies and their fields to the earth and its gravity field, and we so organize the body that the gravity field can reinforce the body's energy field. This is our primary concept."

- Ida P. Rolf.
